Our Exclusive Rx-Accuracy: Your Rx done right or we'll make it right...guaranteed. **Note, once we receive your frames it will go to our lab ASAP for processing. Cancellations may be at 50 percent once lens job has been started with your frames. If it is determined by our lab that your frames are not appropriate for Rx lenses, we will notify you and ship your frames back via tracking method and you will receive full refund of lenses price paid (we ship back to you free, but do not refund shipping to us). Lens redo's for progressive lenses are at no charge (1 redo). All other lens redo's may incur an additional fee (unless there was an error on our part). We verify prescription details (lens power, pupillary measurement etc., to match what is provide by the customer). Refunds are not provided for lenses made by us which match the customers prescription details as given. We take extra care with all orders but can not take responsibility for a breakage of frames not purchase from us (as some frames may be fragile or old). Please allow about 10 business days for most orders. See FAQs for more details. Note, all lenses for children (<18 yrs.) must be either polycarbonate or Trivex only because of safety regulations.
